I’m honored to represent individuals and small businesses in the courtroom and at
the negotiation table. My legal practice focuses on criminal defense, consumer debt,
and civil litigation across Alabama, Florida, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Whether
I'm negotiating with national creditors, defending clients in jury trials, or guiding families
through probate, I strive to provide personal, strategic counsel to every client I serve.
I began my legal career as a prosecutor in Mobile County, trying felony cases and
training new officers at the Mobile Police Academy. Since then, I’ve advocated for
injured individuals, defended debtors from aggressive lawsuits, and advised clients in
probate and landlord-tenant matters. Today, I’m a partner at Vaughan Poe, LLC, where I combine my trial experience with a mission to make legal services more accessible and
responsive.
